Delivery Time
If you place an order before 2pm it will be shipped the same day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays). It will then be delivered within the next 2-3 working days. Express shipping options are available for a shorter delivery time.

Delivery Charges
Free delivery on all UK mainland orders. No minimum spend. Additional shipping options are available during checkout.

Guaranteed Same-Day Dispatch (Optional £1 Service):
For an additional £1, we guarantee your order will be dispatched the same day (Monday–Friday) if placed before 2:00 pm. While all orders placed before 2:00 pm are typically dispatched the same day, this optional service provides added assurance that your order will still be processed on time in the unlikely event of a system outage.
The same day dispatch option can be selected under the postage options during checkout.

International Orders & Delivery Charges
We ship worldwide, no destination is excluded. We charge £4.99 for standard shipping to any location in the world. You can upgrade international shipping to a trackable service from £14.99 (price varies per country). Delivery cost will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery normally takes 5-10 working days but can vary depending on how quickly your country processes parcels through customs/border control.
